Join CDG Sports and Coach Mark for RUNdamentals! this Winter. This training program will be indoor at Pure Athletex Sportsplex, utilizing the 200 meter indoor track and fitness rooms.

RUNdamentals! is a youth running program that teaches the fundamentals of running while helping participants improve their fitness and become better runners. Sessions include proven warm up exercises, running drills, diverse running workouts, strength/core and agility exercises, a fitness game and a character building lesson.  New runners and experienced runners will love RUNdamentals!

Have a blast in this fun, positive, uplifting running program with two energetic coaches with years of experience coaching youth athletes.

Coach Dave Gray is the Owner/Director CDG Sports Events, LLC.

Coach Mark Hunkele is a local high school WPIAL head cross country and track coach. He individualizes coaching and helps his athletes be the best they can be and the teams he coaches have enjoyed great success. Mark is a lifelong runner and has run 61 marathons including 15 Boston Marathons and completed 10 Ironman Triathlons.  Mark has been competing in races of all distances since he was 13.
