Private Performance Training
A very serious issue, and one that is often overlooked in today’s youth sports world is, far too many games with minimal time spent on practice, fundamental body movements, general strengthening, and just good old fashion playing which is leading to burnout and injury. To keep your child happy and healthy we are offering a specialized program carefully planned to suit the needs of each athlete.
Depending on the needs of the athlete, classes will focus on coordination abilities by improving running technique, general athletic movements, and cardiovascular and muscular strengthening. Classes will take place outdoors in the warmer months and can be run out of any one of our partnering or community parks, or indoors at MAC Fitness or sports and courts in the winter months.
We can also arrange on site sessions at your home or in a neighborhood park.
These will be by appointment only classes scheduled with Coach Cody.

1 hour Group Training Rates:
$30/athlete for groups of 2 or 3
$25/athlete for groups of 4 to 6
