Join CDG Sports and Coach Mark for RUNdamentals! This program will be indoors at Pure Athletex Sportsplex, utilizing the 200 meter indoor track and fitness rooms.

  • COST: $130
  • TIME: 4:45 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesdays, February 7, 14, 21, & 28
  • LOCATION: Pure Athletex – 19 Neely School Rd, Wexford, PA 15090
  • WHO: Kids ages 7-13 years old
  • Limited roster spots, register now!

RUNdamentals is a youth running program that teaches the fundamentals of running while helping participants improve their fitness and become better runners. Sessions include proven warm up exercises, running drills, diverse running workouts, strength/core and agility exercises, a fitness game and a character building lesson. New runners and experienced runners will love RUNdamentals!
